More questions about getting started?
How long does it take to go from first contact to a project starting?
It varies with the organisation. With mid sized brands the path is relational and typically takes three to six months, often starting from a referral or from something arad has published. With larger enterprises the cycle is longer, commonly six to eighteen months, and frequently runs through a formal selection process.
How do I contact arad?
Through the contact form on the Contact page: choose what it is about, from a project to start to a question, a partnership or a job, and describe the context. You can also write to hello@arad.digital. On the services, case study and manifesto pages, the Request information panel lets you tick the areas and services you are interested in, and the request is drafted for you.
How do I request a proposal from arad?
Use the Request information panel on the services, service or case study pages: select the relevant areas and services and describe the situation. On a service page the area and the service are already selected, so you only add what is specific to your case. arad writes back within two working days with a first reading of your situation.
Can I ask arad a question without starting a project?
Yes. The site is designed so that a conversation costs little: if you work at a luxury, fashion or retail brand and are deciding your next move on digital and AI, you can get in touch without a defined brief.
Who inside a company usually engages arad?
In mid sized brands the conversation usually starts with the CEO, founder, CMO or head of digital. In larger enterprises it typically involves the chief digital officer, head of e-commerce, CTO, COO or CFO, and the decision runs through a more formal process.
