FAQ
More questions about our work?
Does arad work with investment funds?
Yes. arad supports companies and investment funds in creating value through strategy, execution and organisational transformation. For a fund, the work can start before the deal, with a digital due diligence through the Business Planning service, and continue inside the companies it invests in, on the digital, omnichannel and AI agenda they need to deliver.
Does arad need prior experience in my sector to be useful?
Not necessarily. arad works across twelve industries, from fashion and luxury, retail and beauty to pharma and healthcare, automotive, manufacturing and hospitality, and its case studies show the same approach applied to very different constraints. Where a sector is new, arad brings the reasoning built on comparable work elsewhere and is explicit about what transfers and what does not.
Who are arad's clients?
arad works with brands mainly in consumer-facing industries, with the deepest roots in fashion, luxury and retail, and projects in sportswear, beauty, eyewear, food, pharma and other sectors. Case studies are published in anonymised form, describing each client by sector, size and markets, while the portfolio on the Case studies page shows the logos of the brands arad has worked with.
Can I see arad case studies?
Yes. Case studies are published on the site in anonymised form, each structured around the goal, the approach and the results, with the industry, the services involved and the arad people who worked on it. They can be filtered by industry and offering area, and the selection grows as new engagements close.
How many projects has arad delivered?
arad has delivered more than 200 consulting projects across industries, business models and markets. More than 50 of them are published as anonymised case studies, across twelve industries from fashion and luxury to pharma, food, automotive and hospitality, each setting out the goal, the approach and the results, while the portfolio on the Case studies page shows the brands arad has worked with.
What results can we expect from working with arad?
Results are defined per engagement against agreed KPIs, which typically include channel and commercial performance, cost and service levels, time and budget adherence on delivery, and adoption and internal capability. arad commits to measurable impact rather than to a fixed uplift.
