Goal
Define how the department should evolve after fast post-Covid growth: which areas of competence, roles, hard skills and staffing it would need to sustain digital growth and new channels.
Approach
Over three months we mapped the as-is through interviews with digital, social, media, CRM and BI teams, benchmarked comparable fashion organisations, listed 36 initiatives with organisational impact, then designed roles, skills and staffing.
Results
A to-be structure in three areas and 17 new positions, taking the department from 27 to 44 people, with staff cost on revenue kept stable at about 1.3% thanks to projected growth.
