FAQ

More questions about this service?

What is the Business Intelligence service?

Business Intelligence turns data into management information: KPI definition, reporting and dashboard design, analysis of channel and customer performance, and the routines that make the numbers part of how decisions are taken.

Which KPIs should management actually steer on?

arad's position is that the KPI set should be small, owned and tied to decisions: a handful of commercial metrics by channel, a cost and margin view, and the operational metrics that predict them. Dashboards that report everything tend to be used for nothing.

Can arad help with forecasting?

Yes. Forecasting sits inside the Business Intelligence service, alongside KPI frameworks, reporting models and dashboards. The useful forecast is the one tied to the decisions it feeds: buying, stock allocation, media investment, headcount. That is why it is built on the same measurement model as the rest of the reporting.

Can arad build reports and dashboards?

Yes, within the Business Intelligence service: KPI definition, data sourcing, dashboard design and the handover to the client team that will maintain them. The emphasis is on the decisions the dashboard supports, not on the number of charts.
