Goal
Simplify and automate key processes, define performance metrics and strengthen collaboration across functions, to improve profitability at a time of structural change after a change of ownership.
Approach
In two waves, subject matter experts interviewed key stakeholders, mapped as-is processes and gaps against best practice, then defined to-be processes, responsibilities, ROI estimates and a roadmap, before stepping in as temporary managers.
Results
A prioritised set of process interventions with ROI estimates, and temporary managers in wholesale and merchandising to put them into practice, with the wholesale role renewed for 2026.
