Does arad work with Salesforce Commerce Cloud?
Yes. For a global luxury fashion group bringing the e-commerce of four brands in-house, arad led the programme that oversaw a Salesforce Commerce Cloud replatforming, a Manhattan OMS implementation and omnichannel stock integration. arad does not resell Salesforce licences: within IT Ecosystem it advises on architecture, selection and integration with a vendor- and partner-agnostic approach.
Does arad work with Shopify?
Yes. arad led the Shopify replatforming of an Italian premium fashion brand, completed within six months after the contract with its e-commerce service provider ended, and the website redesign and Shopify replatforming of an Italian optical retailer. Shopify is chosen when it fits the requirements: arad does not resell licences and has no commercial lock-in with any platform.
Does arad work with Adobe Commerce (Magento)?
Yes. arad has worked with Adobe Commerce in client projects and knows its strengths and limits from the inside, while staying vendor-agnostic. Within IT Ecosystem it covers assessment of the current setup and its technical debt, replatforming scenarios, selection and integration with ERP, PIM, OMS and POS. Whether to evolve the platform or move to another is decided on requirements and total cost of ownership.
Does arad work with SAP?
Yes. arad has worked with SAP in client projects and knows it from the inside, as an independent adviser rather than a system integrator. Within IT Ecosystem it covers ERP architecture, requirements, selection and integration with e-commerce, PIM, OMS and POS, assessing SAP against processes and total cost of ownership like any other option. For the lifestyle division of a global Italian luxury automotive group, arad ran the selection of a new fashion ERP.
Should we move to a headless or composable commerce platform?
Only if the business needs the flexibility it buys. Headless and composable architectures give more control over experience and integrations, at the cost of more components to run. arad weighs this in IT Ecosystem: it brought an Italian wine group's eight sites and domains onto one headless e-commerce, and supported a luxury fashion house's move to a composable platform.
